He had held many responsibilities in administrative, currently he is chief of staff at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Newnan. Dr. Angampally Rajeev is one of the first physicians in Lagrange, Ga to do Peripheral Angioplasty, Endovascular Atherectomy, Thrombectomy, Stent placement, Abdominal Aneurysm Repair. He has also been responsible for many firsts in this field at Emory University Hospital Midtown, Piedmont Newnan Hospital, Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center and Tanner Medical Center including being one of the first physicians in Atlanta to perform renal angioplasties, transluminal balloon 

angioplasty procedures for peripheral arterial occlusive disease (PAOD), insertion of pacemakers.
